NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm David Oceguera
If you are overwhelmed, overworked, and feel like you are burning out, I've been there.
When I started working as a pastor, I quickly found myself on the edge of burnout. Trying to please everyone was impossible. Over committing myself by leading growth and finding innovative ways to do ministry was depleting my inner peace. I had little energy left for my personal relationships. My work life was unsustainable.
I knew I needed to pivot if I was going to succeed in ministry. This began a journey of personal growth and transformation. Becoming more resilient didn't happen overnight, and it an ongoing process. My calling has led me to help leaders develop a deep resilience so they can be productive and feel more peace.
Testimonials
"Thank you for the invaluable impact you've had on the pastors of the Nevada-Utah Conference and on myself. Your leadership at Resilience University has been instrumental in fostering a renewed sense of purpose and resilience among us. Your wisdom and commitment have not only enriched our professional lives but also profoundly influenced our personal faith."
Carlos Camacho
President, Utah-Nevada Conference of Seventh-day Adventists
David's presentation was both engaging and insightful. Through the presentation, our team left with a deeper understanding and appreciation for what it means to be a tree planted with strong roots. David did an exceptional job blending a biblically based concept with science and philosophy.
